What is reflexology?

Reflexology is a therapy which involves applying pressure to the bottom of the feet. The theory is that reflexology helps the body to restore its balance naturally. Usually, after a treatment your tension is reduced and you feel more  relaxed. You might also notice yourself sleeping better and find your mood and sense of well-being improving. You may also find that other aspects improve too!

Many chairs now incorporate reflexology as one of their features. They also tend to have customizable options for the reflexology massage such as intensity & speed levels!
